Lighthaven,California is a small coastal town South of Los Angeles;not remarkable in any special way,except maybe for its residents. You see,they are a collection of vampires and were creatures,along with a goodly number of regular humans.
The existence of these creatures is known,but as yet not recognized by any authority. For this reason they control the town council so they can protect themselves somewhat.
