Thank you, Cameron/The Gunslinger for helping me out with this! I'm decent at role play, but when describing settings I am absolutely TERRIBLE! He helped me out by making something for me. The whole plan is discussed right here.

((I may have played out some factors of the club having..certain things before, but they were minor. If anyone has comments or input, feel free to leave them!))
The Pulse…Did the owner have any idea what an ironic name this would turn out to be? Or was he playing practical joke on the kindred rulers of Lighthaven? Either way, it is indeed a fitting name. To majority of the mortal mundanes, The Pulse is club where you can eat good food, go dancing, listen to amazing music, and just hang out with friends. For the creatures that go bump in the night as well as many other supernatural deviants it is a neutral hub as such has been arranged with the owner. That doesn’t mean however that food is off limits…
When you enter through the dark blood mahogany double doors, you’re greeted by an extremely open floor plan. In the center of the room is the bar. The bar is a square so that one can enjoy any view the club has to offer and so drunks don't slide off a circular bar when they need something to lean on. The bar itself is of matching wood to the door as if they were made from the same tree. Some may wonder if perhaps it was made specifically for this space.
To the left of the bar is a majority of the sitting area if people want to get away from the dance floor. The booths are framed by padded and stained metal work styled ornately in a fashion that appeals to the artist in all of us and reminds the kindred who rule the city of a simpler time. The cushions are a bright red, inviting guests to quickly rest their rumps on these luscious cushions. The tables and their chairs are styled in a similar fashion, but more simplified so that they can be moved easily and not stab anyone.
To the right of the bar there is the dance floor which leads up to the stage. There are plenty of tables and booths populating around the area, but far more sparse when compared to the other area where people can escape the ruckus of the dance floor, but still hear the music and enjoy the show. The stage is closed by a set of gold-fringed, red curtains. It only opens for when live music is being played.
Now for the more interesting area.
Above the mingling mortals is the VIP lounge. It is set on a balcony just high enough to be roughly seen by the pedestrian below, but high enough that they can’t make out everything through the white silk drapes that cover certain parts of the balcony in swaths to give the VIPs their privacy. In this area there are chaise lounges, Persian rugs piled high with pillows and silks sheets. There are tables places in the center of the lounge and at the corners of the lounge areas. Each booth is more like an open room where swaths of more silk provide a slight privacy curtain form the others. It is dimly lit here and mortals and other supernaturals other than kindred who pay their dues, must be invited up here. For most mortals who enter up here either don’t come down or don’t remember a good deal of what happened.
The VIP lounge may seem a bit out of character to the rest of the Pulse, but the kindred demand their luxuries.
The Pulse. Abandon all hope ye who enter here.
