Levana is a Goth chick, who of course has a big thing for vampires. Perhaps with was from all the vampire novels that she read or from all the vampire movies she watched. She knew what they were and what they could do. But she wasn't afraid of them.

Appearance: Full humanoid body, bird legs, talons on feet and hands, beak, and wings. Body covered in black feathers, with occasional flecks of white about his torso. Often attired in robes with wingslits. Hand talons work as fully functioning hands. Silver eyes.
Relevant Background: Timmy was an orphan and a street urchin in the classic sense, and as such, was one of many people that simply fell between the cracks in a cold uncaring world. When he was caught trying to steal someone's wallet from them in a crowded LA subway, he soon found out he had made the biggest mistake of his life. The man was part of a government black bag group, the likes of whom had access to skilled geneticists full of much patriotism, but little morals. He was thirteen when he went in, and that was the personality that lingers to this day.

After extensive torturous experimental procedures, Timothy O'Sullivan was dead and replaced with Project Pazuzu, or so they thought. They trained him to their ends, to make him the perfect agent for an espionage agency, believing the brainwashing they fed him had done its job. He could do it all: Assassinations, computerized information warfare, he even played the Piano remarkably well. At length they began to trust him, loosen their security measures upon him, and it was then that all his biding of time gave him the opportunity to escape his tormentors. He took as much from their armory as he could manage, prepared to go to war with these monsters, and made good his escape from the bunker in the Sierra Nevadas they had him trapped in. He is now pursued by law enforcement as well as the agency itself, albeit in extremely discreet manner, as they can hardly admit to the president of the united states or any of his staff that they effectively kidnapped a small child, tortured him, and turned him into the perfect terrorist.

Mr. Valentino hails from Detroit Michigan. He manages a club in that city called "Fuel" which he's been the sole owner of since the 1970's. He lives his unlife freely and with little care. Vincent is easy to get along with and quite smooth in his words and his actions. He has a whole slew of acquiescences which mostly are deemed to be dangerous. He also has a great interest in Isabella Scott as they were past lovers. And because of that, it is quite common for the Tore to keep tabs on the model with his various "flies on the wall".

Vincent is currently staying within Lighthaven, mostly due to business around the area.

Morbia Dorinthia is a well known business woman in Lighthaven. But that is only her cover. Those who truly know her know that she is the city's resident Reaper. She serves to send souls onto the next world when their time has come. Plus, she keeps certain people in check, such as her friend Lulla. She is often called upon to clean up after those who try to wreak havoc upon the city.
