Kristoff was making his way to the council chambers. He had an appointment with Lionel and he wouldn't be late. He had just as much right to be in the Chambers as Lionel,seeing as he was a member of the Council as well as the clan sheriff. He would,however, stop and knock on the door.
Lionel was one to observe the proprieties and Kristoff didn't want to offend him. Lionel was the Prince after all.
